CLINTON - Thomas L. "Tom" Spencer, 82, of Clinton died Thursday (Feb. 20, 2025) at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana.Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Calvert Funeral Home, Clinton. Pastor Darrell Howard will officiate. Burial will be in Oak Park Cemetery, Clinton, with military honors for the Air Force veteran. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
